Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern purchases from Attestryn LLC (“Attestryn,” “we”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products must not be used in humans or animals.
2. Buyer eligibility and representations
You represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, and that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely. We may request institutional or business information and may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including any order that suggests human or veterinary use.
3. Handling and safety
Products should be handled only by qualified personnel following applicable safety practices and the Safety Data Sheet.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed when payment is accepted.

Product documentation is provided at our discretion and for reference only. Except as stated in these terms, products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for any misuse of products or use contrary to these terms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Attestryn against claims arising from your use, misuse, or resale of products or breach of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
