Why do I need an account to see the catalog?

Our products are for laboratory research only. Every buyer confirms the research-use terms when creating an account, and that confirmation is recorded.

Are your products tested?

Yes. Every lot is tested by a third-party laboratory before it is released for sale.

Do you provide dosing or preparation instructions?

No. Our products are for laboratory research use only, and we do not provide dosing, reconstitution or administration information.

Do you offer institutional accounts?

Yes: purchase orders, invoicing, net terms on approval, and lot reservation. Contact us to set one up.

How are orders shipped?

Orders received by 3:30 PM ET on business days begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.
